Terms & Conditions

By visiting Earmark’s on-line store, you agree to accept the practices, terms and policies described within.


The content and images contained on this website and on-line store are the property of Earmark, Inc. and are restricted from duplication. This includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.


General Contact Information

Earmark’s on-line store is a separate and independent operation from Earmark stores in Dallas, Texas. Storefront personnel are not equipped for on-line sales and procedures.


All inquiries relating to Earmark’s on-line store should be directed to sales@earmarkcaraudio.com.



No refunds.  You may return the unused item within 3 days of receipt for a store credit according to the following conditions:

  • Product is in original condition without blemishes.
  • All parts and accessory packages are intact.
  • Packing materials and carton are complete and undamaged.
  • All manuals, instructions and warranty cards are present.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Refunds are for item(s) price only, shipping charges are not refunded
Returned products not meeting the above conditions will be subject to refusal or restocking fees at EARMARK’s discretion. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected.
We do not resell used equipment so installed products are not returnable.

Earmark has a vast library of proprietary articles, documents, diagrams, schematics and installation assistance files that we make available to our customers at the customer's request (only documents that apply to the items purchased will be provided).  These documents may be included in hard copy form with the order shipment or they may be provided in electronic form via email.  Earmark does NOT accept any returns (full order or partial order) after any of these proprietary documents have been sent to the customer. 
Special order items, closeout items and discontinued items are not returnable.
CLEARANCE ITEMS are not returnable.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping.
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to any item accepted for return.
A return authorization number is required in advance.
If you request wire for an installation we may make recommendations based on our estimation of what we believe you will need.  However, we cannot guarantee exact wire lengths without physically inspecting the job in person, so our recommendations will be estimations only.  If you purchase based on our recommendation we will not be responsible for inaccurate wire lengths and will not accept returns on wire that is cut too short or too long for your application.  If you require exact wire lengths you must measure your installation and order accordingly.  Wire lengths will differ from direct point-to-point measurements.  Be sure to consider in your calculations vertical detours, horizontal detours, and radius'.


Please note we do not accept returns on the following items:


  • Installation kits or wire harnesses with open package.
  • Special ordered items will not be accepted for return.
  • Custom fabricated items will not be accepted for return.  
  • Custom cut wire/cable off the spool will not be accepted for return.
  • LED products, including underwater LED's & acrylic LED rings, will not be accepted for return.
  • Speakers that have visible signs of damage to the cone or surround.
  • Small electrical components will not be accepted for return.
  • Any item with a broken sealed package will not be accepted for return.
  • Products that have been modified or damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Products returned without a Return Authorization number.
  • Products returned to us without using a shipping box (unless the original shipment from us to you was made without using a shipping box).
Exchanges and replacements will be shipped after the original item has been returned to our warehouse and evaluated for return acceptance.

Warranty Service

All of the products displayed and sold on EARMARK’s on-line store are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a defective product, the manufacturer’s warranty information and service address is contained in the original package.
If you prefer to have Earmark handle the warranty process for you, email us to obtain a RA# and we will provide a return shipping address.  Make sure to pack the item securely and insure the item for its actual value.
You are responsible for shipping the item to Earmark.  Earmark will pay for shipping your item from our location to the manufacturer for warranty, and you will be billed for the insured UPS Ground shipping of your repaired or replaced item back to you.

If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS. IF you have questions not answered by UPS, please contact us at sales@earmarkcaraudio.com.



Your order will normally be processed and shipped via UPS Ground Service within one to three business days. Custom fabricated items may take longer depending on fabrication time. A delay may occur during heavy shopping seasons. You will receive an update by e-mail on any backordered or delayed items. Shipments in transit will take one to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.
Earmark's online store only accomdates shipments within the USA.  We make occasional exceptions for customers outside the USA, but those transactions must be handled directly between Earmark and the customer, and not all brands or items are available to ship outside the USA.


Shipping Costs

Minimum of $15.00 for packing, handling and insured UPS Ground shipping for packages up to $499.00. Total orders $499.01 and above are shipped free.  Some exceptions apply (particularly heavy/bulky items may not be eligible for free shipping).

Sales Tax

We are required by Texas State Law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas, US.

Method of Payment

Earmark accepts payment through PayPal only at this time.  You may pay with a credit card through PayPal.
